Cheryl & I took Meika to

have a CT scan at the new

Children's Hospital this morning.

She did not need to be sedated,

and they let us stay right with her!

After we dropped Meika off at school,
I picked up Sammy & Simeon,
and Bonnie  & I took them for a haircut!

Sammy had another ck up at the
ortho doc re: his elbow--
the x-rays look great and
he needs a re-ck in 6 months

In the evening we watched
the new DVD, Secretariat!

Took Meika to the doctor

for a pre op check up.

All looks just fine!

Day 24, Monday, January 24, 2011

I had an appointment to see Dr. Ward,

Dr. Z, have an endoscopy, lab work,

see Tamara Jorgensen, and have an x-ray.

Day 23, Sunday, January 23. 2011

 

After church we fed the kids

and left for Ann Arbor.  We

stopped at the Outlet Malls

on the way to buy baby things

for Bria Lyn whose arrival

should be soon!
We stayed at the Hawthorne Suites

as usual, and enjoyed ourselves!

Day 22, Saturday, January 22, 2011

My parents would have celebrated their
68th wedding anniversary today if they
were still here with us on earth!

Today I went to the funeral of a beautiful

lady, Betty Kregel.  She and her husband, Bob,

were married 64 years!

 

After the funeral Cheryl, Jody, Mahree,

and I went to the GR Public Museum

to see the Bodies Revealed exhibit.

Day 21, Friday, January 21, 2011

Meika is planning on having scoliosis surgery

on January 31.  She had a pre op appointment

at the surgeon's office today.  She enjoys

all the attention---and the cookie she got afterwards!

Dr. Cassidy checked out Meika's x-rays.

Day 20, Thursday, January 20, 2011

Tomorrow is "Crazy Hair Day" at the  elementary school. 

I did Mahree & Merica's hair tonight, and will do

finishing touches tomorrow!

back from Staples!

Cheryl got things back on it,
and Mahree helped plug

things in for her.

as some sort of a space alien--
maybe there's a bio

connection with her cousin David!!
