Day 66, Monday, March 7, 2011

Sammy is home with a cold and bad cough--
temp of 100.  He wanted to go see the airplanes
at the airport viewing area so much.
Of course,we went, and
saw many planes taking off and
landing!  We also saw a train on our way home,
and went past the fire station!
Sam was quite pleased with our morning!

This is the first time any of us has
seen a Frontier plane at our airport--like
the penquin on the back tail!

Day 65, Sunday, March 6, 2011

Here are the pictures I took of the pictures of Kara, Shonda, Bonnie & Kaitie!
Bonnie & Meika -                                                               Spencer -
puzzles & computer!                                                       Cars on PS 2

Day 64, Saturday, March 5, 2011

Today we took 5 of the kids
to see Rango.  Overall it was
enjoyable, but there were 6
instances where language was
an issue.  Really didn't like that,
so cannot recommend the movie.
We used the occasion to talk
with the kids about bad language.

Kara, Shonda, Rosie,
Kaitie, and Bonnie
danced at a special needs banquet
I took pictures of the pictures
they had taken at the banquet
--here's Rosie and Troy!
There was a beach theme;
they had to make lighthouses
out of marshmellows--
                                  "Go Light Up Your World"

Day 63, Friday, March 4, 2011

Cheryl, Rosie, Phyllis T, and I
toured a possible supported living
apartment for Rosie if she gets funding!

Fireman Sammy is checking
out how tall he's getting!

Mahree danced at a Girl Scout event!
Megan is next to her!

Day 62, Thursday, March 3, 2011

No Screen Day at the elementary school
Means no tv, computer, video games all day!

I volunteered in Mahree's class;
A guest speaker showed us
how to make paper cranes.

Kaitie, Cheryl (Auntie), Merica, and Bonnie had fun playing "Wham!" on No Screen Day!

Cheryl, Rosie, Bonnie,
Kaitie and I
(& assorted smaller kids!)
are reading
 thru the Bible together.
We try to do this every
year, and usually listen to
The Bible Experience on cds.
This year we are watching a DVD
and listening and following along.

Day 60, Tuesday, March 1, 2011

Mahree baked her very first loaf

Smells SO good, and she's
quite pleased with the finished product!
